Clarke Crescent Water Treatment Plant in Port Sydney

The Port Sydney water system services one subdivision consisting of approximately 38 homes. The system was constructed in 1984. The treatment process consists of disinfection by chlorination. The rated water production capacity of this facility is 90 cubic meters per day. The water is obtained from a drilled well located at 46 Clarke Crescent. This water is chlorinated before entering a chlorine contact chamber. Water is pumped from this contact chamber into the distribution system.
