Hidden Valley Water Treatment Plant


The water system serving the community of Hidden Valley was constructed in 1981. The treatment process consists of filtration and disinfection by chlorination. The rated water production capacity of the plant is 2,800 cubic meters per day. The water source is Peninsula Lake, a fairly large and clear body of water. The intake is located about 440 meters from shore at a depth of 14 meters.
